E. Carolyn Tolman, CPA
E. Carolyn Tolman has been practicing public accounting since 1982, working with other accounting firms around Oklahoma before opening her own office in 1994.
Her practice consists of tax planning and preparation for personal, corporate, partnership, fiduciary, and exempt income returns. She also does accounting for clients, consulting for small businesses, payroll preparation, and more.
E. Zane Tolman, Enrolled Agent
Zane Tolman is Carolyn Tolman’s son, and he has been working with her and her office for more than 20 years.
He is a an enrolled agent — a federally-authorized practitioner who has technical expertise in the field of taxation. He is empowered by the IRS to represent taxpayers before all administrative levels — examination, collection, and appeals.
